Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Operations: Assist the HR team at the site to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, maintaining high work standards.
- Employee Engagement: Arrange farewells and quarterly/yearly employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Develop monthly rota schedules for all departments in consultation with line managers.
- Medical Claims: Audit, process, and ensure the timely disbursement of medical claims for site-based employees.
- Expense Management: Verify and approve monthly travel expense claims, ensuring timely payments.
- Leave Management: Maintain records of annual, casual, sick, and compensatory leave for all permanent employees and management contracts at the site.
- Reporting: Provide employee-related information and reports to department managers as needed, with management approval.
- Recruitment Coordination: Act as a liaison between Head Office and the site to ensure the timely hiring of personnel.
- Employee Onboarding: Induct and orient new staff at the assigned location.
- Training and Compliance: Impart training and ensure overall facilities are maintained in line with HSE policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
