Diamond Fabrics Limited, a subsidiary of Sapphire, is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for Product Development Research and Development (PD R&D) to join our team. Position: Senior Assistant Manager PD R&D
Location: 26 km-Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura
Responsibilities: As the Senior Assistant Manager PD R&D, you will play a key role in leading product development initiatives and research projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research to identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Managing the product development process from concept to commercialization.
- Conducting feasibility studies and performance evaluations for new product ideas.
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in product development and research, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
