Job Description:
As a Specialist Field Operations at Engro Enfrashare, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our network infrastructure in Quetta. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including network maintenance, fault correction, preventive maintenance, and vendor management. You will play a crucial part in maintaining network availability and optimizing operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Network Availability and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the network.
- Provide 24/7 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for fault correction and site outage rectification.
- Implement preventive maintenance routines on sites to minimize faults and downtime.
- Oversee the security and refueling of Radio Access Network Cell Sites.
- Control operational expenditures (OPEX) by managing site energy costs and Field Level Maintenance (FLM) costs.
- Effectively manage vendor relationships, ensuring they meet contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine the need for contract amendments or extensions and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in field operations.
- Telecom background and industry dynamics knowledge will be a plus.
