Position Overview: As the Manager Finance Sales & Receivables, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising the sales and receivables function across various segments, including Retail, Key Accounts, and Distribution. From implementing monitoring systems to leading cross-functional collaboration, your expertise will drive efficiency and compliance in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Supervise: Oversee the sales & receivables function, ensuring smooth operations and timely collection across different segments.
- POS Implementation: Implement and oversee Point of Sale (POS) monitoring systems for retail shops to enhance transaction transparency and accuracy.
- Audit & Compliance: Supervise the retail audit function, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Sales & Receivables team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence to maximize team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to streamline processes and optimize performance, contributing to overall business success.
- Financial Reporting: Play a key role in the preparation of Monthly & Yearly Financial Statements, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Must-Haves:
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Professional Qualifications: ACCA, CA, or ICMAP qualified/part qualified, or equivalent accounting qualification, showcasing a strong foundation in financial management.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
