Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager Legal, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in legal research, drafting, and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Providing legal guidance and support to internal departments on corporate matters and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting in the management of corporate governance matters, including board meetings, annual filings, and regulatory disclosures.
- Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations and advising management accordingly.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to enhance compliance and risk management practices.
