Position: Team Lead Warehouse
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain
- Work Experience: 3-4 Years of relevant experience
As the Team Lead Warehouse at Alkaram, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient management of inventory, actively coordinating with internal teams and external partners in supply chain store operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance by meticulously monitoring and optimizing store operations processes and procedures.
- Strategic Decision-making: Contribute to strategic decision-making by assessing and proposing improvements in inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot operational challenges, address issues promptly, and maintain a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices in store operations.
- Supplier Negotiations: Support the leadership team by actively participating in negotiations for contracts with suppliers and logistics service providers.
- Support for Departmental Representatives: Assist Departmental Representative/ SD/ DCR & Central QMS/SD/Compliance for the implementation and improvement of developed SOPs, Manuals, Standards & Formats, and Customer requirements.
