We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Category Head RTW to contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in fashion. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of product lines, strategize for growth, and lead a team towards unparalleled success.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Product Line Management:
- Responsible for sustainability, improvement, and growth of the assigned product line.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and estimate demand for season-wise planning.
2. Merchandising Excellence:
- Develop a detailed season-wise merchandising plan for the allocated product line.
- Evaluate past data and prepare periodic reports for product performance estimation.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and augment market share.
3. Collaborative Approach:
- Work closely with marketing, creative, E-Commerce, sales, and sourcing to achieve set objectives.
- Take ownership of commercial KPIs (revenue, conversion, sell-throughs) to enhance fiscal target achievement.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Drive commercial strategy by identifying demand gaps and understanding competitive landscape analytics.
- Develop strategic recommendations for new market/product entry plans through in-depth research.
5. Process Optimization:
- Optimize processes and procedures by setting effective SOPs for business excellence.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry.
- Education: BBA/MBA or equivalent degree.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, a problem solver, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a go-getter.
