Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager Administration, you will play a crucial role in managing overall general administration activities within the organization. Reporting directly to the Line Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, requiring a blend of strategic planning, team management, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist Line Manager: Collaborate with the Line Manager to oversee and streamline general administration activities.
  2. Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, adhering to agreed content and format, and submit them to the Line Manager.
  3. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of plans for admin activities, outlining strategies to achieve agreed targets and continuous improvement.
  4. Team Management: Prepare individual action plans and targets for the administration team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Client/Customer Interaction: Maintain regular contact with clients/customers to gather feedback and assess client/customer satisfaction.
  6. Record Keeping: Ensure the accurate maintenance of records as directed, facilitating smooth business operations.
  7. Budgetary Control: Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls, demonstrating financial responsibility.
  8. Stakeholder Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with the company’s suppliers and clients.
  9. Workload Management: Take responsibility for the allocated workload, meeting all targets as agreed with the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: BBA/MBA.
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in admin operation management.
  • Location: Muridke and Manga Mandi.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
