About the Position:
As the Manager Interior Design Projects at MASITH, you will be at the forefront of transforming concepts into reality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of interior design projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, and translate them into innovative design concepts.
- Design Development: Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to clients, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Detailed Planning: Create comprehensive design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, to guide project execution.
- Material Sourcing: Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with project objectives and design aesthetics.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and execution.
- Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.
- Team Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in interior design, incorporating them into project designs as appropriate.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.

This position is based in the vibrant locales of Shahrah-e Faisal/DHA, Karachi.
