Role Brief:
As a Digital / Performance Marketing Specialist at Sapphire, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing digital paid media marketing and analytics platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Crafting insightful dashboards and reports to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign and creative performance.
- Leveraging analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Looker Studio, to track and measure key performance metrics.
- Making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in digital marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
