Job Opportunity: Officer – Import & Export Company: Sapphire Fibres Limited Location: Corporate Office, Lahore Application Deadline: September 22, 2023
Sapphire Fibres Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer for our Import & Export department at our Corporate Office in Lahore. If you have a passion for import and export operations and wish to join a dynamic team in the textile industry, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in import and export documentation in the textile or related industry would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of export facilitation schemes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor Import Consumption: Keep track of all consumption against imports through the Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS) license to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize resource allocation.
- Documentation Management: Collaborate closely with the import and export departments to efficiently handle all documentation requirements. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate for smooth operations.
- Facilitate Import Shipments: Work in tandem with the factory staff to ensure timely receipt of import shipments. Facilitate the clearance process through the Export Facilitation Scheme license to expedite operations.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to import and export regulations, including export facilitation schemes, to maintain the company’s compliance record.
