Job Description: As an Assistant Manager Accounts in the Power Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual accounts adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
2. Invoicing and Tariff Indexation: Prepare and submit invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. File tariff indexation accurately and within specified deadlines.
3. Regulatory Correspondence: Engage with regulatory bodies as necessary, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulations.
4. Invoice Processing and Stock Reconciliations: Process invoices promptly and conduct stock reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
5. Markup Expenses: Calculate and meticulously maintain records of markup expenses, contributing to the financial stability of the Power Division.
6. Stock Reports: Formulate fortnightly stock reports, including movements, to compute merit order and support strategic decision-making.

Person Specifications: To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• CA (Finalist) or ACCA (Qualified): A strong educational background in finance, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
• 2-3 Years’ Relevant Experience: Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the power sector.
