Role Brief:
Are you passionate about the fashion industry and have a knack for identifying and coordinating talent for fashion shoots? Do you possess exceptional organizational and communication skills? If so, we invite you to join SAPPHIRE as a Talent Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in the success of our fashion shoots by identifying and booking models, hair stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and other necessary talent. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and book models, hair stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and other talent required for fashion shoots.
- Negotiate terms and rates with talent as necessary.
- Create detailed schedules and call sheets for fashion shoots, outlining timing, location, wardrobe changes, and other essential details.
- Act as the primary point of contact between talent, photographers, designers, and other team members.
- Ensure clear and timely communication to all involved parties.
- Assist in managing the budget for talent and related expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions.
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the shoot, such as scheduling conflicts or wardrobe malfunctions.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- A strong understanding of the fashion industry, including models, stylists, production houses, photographers, and videographers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with talent, team members, and vendors.
- A creative mindset to contribute to the overall aesthetic and success of fashion shoots.
- The ability to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges that may arise during shoots.
