Role Description:
As a Visual Merchandiser at Master Group, you will play a pivotal role in creating an immersive and aesthetically pleasing experience for our customers. Here’s an overview of what the role entails:
- Latest Trends Implementation:
- Actively engage in understanding and implementing the latest trends in stores nationwide.
- Display Design for Furniture Showrooms:
- Design visually appealing displays for our furniture showrooms, ensuring they reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
- Furniture Layout Optimization:
- Optimize furniture layouts to enhance showroom aesthetics and functionality.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Design Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align displays with branding and promotional strategies.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Create welcoming and navigable showroom spaces to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage showroom inventory, ensuring accurate representation of available stock.
- Data Analysis and Feedback Optimization:
- Analyze data and customer feedback to optimize merchandising strategies.
- Guideline Development and Training:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide training to showroom staff on visual display maintenance and updates.
- Budget Management:
- Work within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality displays.
- Vendor and Supplier Relationships:
- Build positive relationships with furniture vendors and suppliers for valuable product insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Merchandising.
