Position Overview
Role: Unit Head – SAM
Location: Karachi & Lahore
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Masters) in a relevant field
Experience: 8-10 years in recovery management
Main Responsibilities
- Recovery Targets: Ensure achievement of assigned recovery targets from defaulted customer portfolios and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
- Remediation: Undertake timely remediation of allocated portfolios by initiating appropriate recovery actions in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Negotiations: Negotiate settlements, restructurings, and rescheduling with parties, in coordination with Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs), adhering to bank policies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit information, correspondences, work-out memoranda, and other relevant documents securely.
- Legal Collaboration: Work closely with legal counsel to initiate and implement legal actions for loan acceleration and enforcement as per work-out plans.

- Sound knowledge of industry systems, practices, trends, and issues related to recovery management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to forecast and develop time-bound recovery plans.
- Strong relationship management skills.
