• Minimum 8 years of experience in identifying staff training and development needs.
• Proven track record in planning, organizing, and overseeing training functions.

2. Manager – Training & Development

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fostering training strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational excellence through effective training programs.

3. Assistant Manager – Training & Development

• Minimum 2 years of experience assisting in driving learning goals.
• Passionate about contributing to professional development initiatives.

4. Manager – Talent Acquisition

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pursuing recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to cultivate a diverse talent pool and manage stakeholders effectively.

5. Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting talent acquisition initiatives and processes.
• Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates to meet organizational needs.
