Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing creditors’ payments accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and analyzing bank reports to monitor financial transactions.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Reconciling suppliers’ ledgers and resolving any discrepancies.
- Managing financial records and maintaining accurate documentation.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven work experience of 1-2 years in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
