As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with the best banking solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts and provide guidance on banking products and services.
  • Conduct customer interviews to understand their financial goals and needs.
  • Educate customers about Islamic banking principles and the benefits of Meezan Bank’s offerings.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Cross-sell banking products, such as credit cards, loans, and investment services, based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Banking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
