Position: Officer Quality Assurance – IT
As an Officer Quality Assurance – IT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of IT processes and systems within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance practices to uphold the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and applications.
- Testing and Evaluation: Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of software applications, databases, and networks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all IT operations and projects.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality assurance processes, test plans, and results for reference and auditing purposes.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to address quality concerns, streamline processes, and enhance overall system performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in the IT sector.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools are essential for this role.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the banking and IT sectors.
