Now Hiring: Internal Audit & Compliance Executive
As an Internal Audit & Compliance Executive at Haier, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Verification of various operational processes, including Good Receipt Notes for imports and local purchases.
- Monitoring handovers of raw materials and reconciling issuance processes.
- Reviewing adjustment entries and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Validating demurrage, detention charges, and movements of materials within the organization.
- Conducting audits on inbound and outbound material movements, as well as local purchase order closures.
- Analyzing case studies on parts rejection and deviations from standards, providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, compliance, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
