Job Overview
As the Manager – Credit Portfolio Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in managing credit risk rating frameworks, Basel regulations, stress testing, and IFRS9 reporting. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining credit risk models, conducting validation and back testing, and ensuring accurate reporting to regulatory bodies and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update policies related to internal credit risk rating frameworks, Basel regulations, and IFRS9 implementation.
- Implement and maintain credit risk models for ORR, PDs, LGDs, and CCF.
- Validate and back test credit rating models and PD & LGD models for IFRS9 compliance.
- Perform regular CAR, Stress Testing, ICAAP, and IFRS9 reporting.
- Monitor credit risk indicators and risk appetites as per approved frameworks.
- Prepare presentations for Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC) and Board of Directors (BOD).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Banking, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk analytics, financial modeling, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of SBP PRs, Basel regulations, and credit risk modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
