As a Training & Development Executive at ibex. Pakistan, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver effective learning experiences to employees.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs within the organization through needs analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and develop training programs, modules, and materials to address identified needs and enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques and methods, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Conduct new employee orientations to introduce them to the organization’s culture, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver technical and specialized training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make improvements as needed.
- Maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback, to track employee development and compliance.
- Research and recommend training resources, tools, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning and development methodologies.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management and talent development programs.
- Collaborate with HR team members and managers to identify and support employee development plans and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements in training and development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Training & Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of training and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance management and talent development processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
