Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the restaurant’s profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to create and update menus, as well as managing food and beverage costs.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, and budget management.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
