Position Overview: Data Analyst (Power BI Expert)
As a Data Analyst at LOTTE AKHTAR BEVERAGES, you’ll be entrusted with the responsibility of harnessing the power of data to drive actionable insights and fuel our sales growth. Here’s a glimpse of what the role entails:
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction and Analysis: Utilize your expertise in Power BI to extract, clean, and analyze sales data, uncovering valuable trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain interactive sales performance dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing sales team members and management with real-time insights into key metrics.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to understand their data requirements and provide tailored insights that enhance sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support sales forecasting, territory planning, and customer segmentation, enabling agile responses to market dynamics.
- KPI Development: Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, delivering regular reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align data analysis efforts and support overarching business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA/CA (Inter)/ACCA/ACMA
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are advantageous.
