Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? Packages Group is looking for a motivated Territory In Charge to oversee sales operations in Peshawar.
Key Accountabilities
As a Territory In Charge, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly sales targets for the designated area.
- Securing daily orders from the market to meet sales objectives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering desired products and services.
- Identifying business opportunities through regular market visits.
- Improving sales and collection performance within the area.
- Writing sales reports as needed to provide insights and updates.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- BS/BBA/B.Com degree with 4-5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting.
