Position: Manager Group Treasury Investments
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Banking or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate treasury.
- Expert-level knowledge of all investment, financing, and hedging products including deposits, government bonds, sukuks, Mutual Funds, LT Loans, foreign loans, project financing, debt syndicates, and capital markets.
- Strong relationships with local and foreign banks, multilaterals, AMCs, DFIs, regulators, associations, etc.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Oversee origination, structuring, and execution of all investment activities across the group.
- Construct successful investment portfolios based on market conditions, economic trends, financial statements, and various other indicators.
- Review new investment options offered by banks and mutual funds and recommend suitable options for group companies.
- Develop strategic investment plans for group companies based on risk tolerance and time horizon.
- Manage buying and selling securities to maintain specific investment strategies.
- Evaluate investment portfolio performance and ensure compliance with investment policies.
- Review performance reports from fund managers and ensure compliance with group standards.
- Manage information dissemination to group companies related to market conditions, investment research, economic trends, cash flow requirements, and investment performance analysis.
