Position: Territory In Charge – South Company: Packages Group Location: Southern Region Reporting to: Area Marketing Manager Textile Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Take charge of achieving monthly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Obtain daily orders from the market in alignment with set sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the desired products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Business Opportunities:
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through regular market visits.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Sales and Collection Performance:
- Enhance the overall sales and collection performance of the assigned area.
- Implement effective strategies to meet financial goals.
- Reporting:
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports as required.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the progress and challenges.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- BS/BBA/B.com with 4-5 Years of Experience.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
