Position Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of TIR-IRU regulations and road freight operations is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Manager Sales (TIR), you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market share growth.
- Identify and target key customers, industries, and regions for TIR-IRU road freight services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote TIR-IRU road freight services.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and participation in trade shows.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, setting clear performance expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, adapting strategies as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a robust customer feedback system to continuously improve services.
- Effectively manage the sales and marketing budget, monitoring expenses, ROI, and other financial metrics.
- Regularly report on sales and marketing performance against goals and KPIs, analyzing data for informed decision-making.
