This is an exciting opportunity for entry-level professionals who have a passion for manufacturing operations and a desire to drive process improvements. As a Manager Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the manufacturing department, including production lines, equipment, and personnel.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of production goals.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and resolve production issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and develop manufacturing staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including inventory records, production reports, and quality control data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in Lahore, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
