Position Overview: Branch Manager (24/7 Phone Banking)
As a Branch Manager in our 24/7 Phone Banking division, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our phone banking services nationwide. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the 24/7 Phone Banking division, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of phone banking representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers by resolving complex queries, addressing complaints, and promoting banking products and services.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in banking operations or customer service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
