Key Responsibilities:
- Surveillance System Management:
- Oversee the efficient operation of surveillance systems within the organization.
- Ensure the functionality and reliability of security cameras and related equipment.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for surveillance system-related issues to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions promptly.
- Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor surveillance feeds to identify any irregularities or security breaches.
- Analyze footage to provide insights for improving security measures.
- System Upgrades and Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and ensure the proper maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities and incidents.
- Generate reports for management review and analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in surveillance system support or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting surveillance equipment.
- Knowledge of security camera systems and related software.
- Analytical Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret surveillance footage and identify potential security issues.
- Communication Skills:
