Position: Sr. Officer CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing
Experience: Fresh graduates or at least Internship in a similar or related domain

As a Senior Officer in CSR, you will play a crucial role in driving our CSR initiatives forward and ensuring that we continue to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with our organizational goals and values.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of CSR programs and initiatives, including community development projects, environmental sustainability efforts, and employee volunteering programs.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to track the impact of CSR activities, conduct regular assessments, and prepare reports to measure progress and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and prepare accurate and timely CSR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
