Key Responsibilities:

As the Manager of the PMO, you will be responsible for:

• Project Governance: Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Project Portfolio Management: Overseeing the management of the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the PMO.
