Responsibilities: As a Legal Officer at Muller & Phipps, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance and providing support across various areas of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and commercial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
