Position Overview: Assistant Manager Finance – Karachi

As the Assistant Manager Finance at Leopards, you will play a pivotal role in managing the payable and receivable cycles, monthly reporting, treasury management, and more. Your expertise in finance operations within the courier industry and your familiarity with international financial reporting standards will be critical in driving the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payable & Receivable Cycle Management: Oversee the efficient management of the payable and receivable cycles, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, including segment-wise reporting, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Treasury Management: Take charge of treasury management, including COD reporting, to optimize cash flow and financial stability.
• Product & Service Costing: Analyze and manage the costing of products and services, contributing to pricing strategies and profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting, conducting variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
• Tax Planning: Stay abreast of all federal and provincial tax legislations, contributing to effective tax planning strategies.
• Corporate Planning & Secretarial Compliances: Contribute to corporate planning initiatives and ensure adherence to secretarial compliances.
• International Financial Reporting Standards: Apply expert-level knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) to maintain compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the courier industry.
