Job Description:

As a Privilege Relationship Manager at MCB Bank, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to grow the Privilege branch’s current account and total deposits book.
• Providing exceptional service to assigned client portfolios to deepen relationships and foster long-term privilege banking relationships.
• Collaborating with the Branch Manager to ensure the Privilege banking branch becomes the preferred destination for clients’ banking needs, including cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolving client queries and problems promptly to deliver a world-class Privilege banking experience.
• Understanding and implementing ‘know your customer’ and anti-money laundering regulations/policies to ensure effective controls.
