Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Officer at Union Fabrics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. From overseeing daily attendance recording to managing employee data entry accurately, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management, utilizing SAP software for efficient data management.
- Update and maintain personnel files and other documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for employee bank account opening and other related activities, facilitating smooth financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR-related events.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews as needed.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using SAP software for HR management and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in HR administration or related roles will be an advantage.
