Role: Manager Total Rewards
As the Manager Total Rewards, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- HR Policy Development: Benchmark, prepare, review, and implement HR policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Compensation Management: Conduct compensation surveys, compile market data, and analyze trends to develop competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Job Analysis & Evaluation: Perform comprehensive job analysis and job evaluation exercises to enhance organizational structure and optimize resource allocation.
- Experience and Qualifications: An MBA in HR with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience, including at least 5 to 7 years in total rewards management.
