Position Overview: As a Jr. Designer at Artistic Milliners, you will play a vital role in integrating designs, researching trends, and elevating collections beyond brand targets. You will collaborate with global leads, create tech packs, and translate wash innovations into captivating denim creations. Your creativity and attention to detail will drive the development of sales trip collections and ensure that wash developments reflect design elevation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate designs with global leads to develop innovative denim collections.
- Research trends, analyze market insights, and share findings to inform design decisions.
- Create tech packs and collaborate with the sample room and laundry to bring designs to life.
- Translate wash innovations and develop sales trip collections based on trends and mood boards.
- Archive shopping details to ensure wash developments align with design objectives and brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Designing, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of denim fabrics, finishes, and construction techniques.
