We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Account Receivable at our Head Office in Lahore. If you have a strong background in account receivables, SAP knowledge, and a passion for contributing to a dynamic team, this role is for you.
Position: Executive Account Receivable Location: Head Office, Lahore
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a professional with the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in a relevant position.
- SAP knowledge with analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to compliance.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ACCA/Master (FM), CIMA, ICMA, ACCA, CA qualifications.
Key Responsibilities: As an Executive Account Receivable at Nurpur Fauji Foods, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the Accounts Receivable function. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Supervision of AR Function:
- Overall supervision and management of the Accounts Receivable function.
- Debtor Reconciliation:
- Reconciliation of debtors and taking corrective actions against reconciling items.
- Sales Reporting and Tax Register:
- Monthly sales closing, preparation of sales reports, and maintaining the sales tax register.
- Audit Facilitation:
- Facilitate during internal and external audit activities related to the AR function.
- Key Account Monitoring:
- Monitor Key Accounts regarding invoice issuance, payments, contractual deductions, and adjustments.
- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze weekly receivables performance reports and aging analysis.
- Customer Reconciliation:
- Conduct periodic reconciliation with trade customers (General Trade, FSD & IMT’s).
- SAP Expertise:
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP AR-related functions.
