• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managing the end-to-end supply chain for materials essential in operating biomass boilers.
• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans for biomass fuels such as rice husk, sugar bagasse, wood crush, etc.
• Evaluating supplier performance regularly and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring market trends and analyzing supply chain risks to proactively address potential disruptions.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand fuel requirements and optimize inventory levels.
