Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA-HRM from a reputable University.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensure the probation cycle is initiated within the specified time frame, compiling and presenting information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
- Coordinate and manage the employee recognition program monthly, in collaboration with respective line managers for feedback and nominations.
- Organize employee engagement activities as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
- Provide support for managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave management as per company policy.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
