Position Overview:

As a Surveillance System Support Executive at Sapphire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our surveillance systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security of our facilities through effective surveillance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing technical support for surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitoring surveillance feeds to detect and respond to security threats or incidents in a timely manner.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits of surveillance equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement security enhancements.
• Training staff on the proper use of surveillance equipment and security protocols.
• Documenting all surveillance-related activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory.

Location: 26 km-Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura

Experience and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in providing technical support for surveillance systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to security and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
