Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, established in 1957, is seeking a Store Keeper to join its dynamic team at the Keamari Campus. Position Overview

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing the hospital’s inventory and purchase operations. Your key duties will include ensuring timely purchase requisitions (PR), monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing data to verify stock needs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed and that inventory is properly maintained according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This role will require a detail-oriented individual who can manage tasks efficiently and who is comfortable using ERP systems for inventory and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR):
  Ensure timely generation of PRs to keep the hospital’s inventory stocked and operations running smoothly.
• Inventory Monitoring and Verification:
  Float demand for monthly supplies and verify inventory positions based on needs.
• Data Analysis:
  Use Excel for analyzing and reporting on inventory data, ensuring that supplies are available without overstocking.
• Collaboration with Departments:
  Work with the North Campus to verify inventory needs and ensure the proper flow of materials.
• Maintain Inventory Records:
  Keep accurate records of all inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with SOPs and hospital standards.

Knowledge and Competencies

• ERP System Proficiency:
  Strong knowledge of ERP systems for managing inventory and purchase processes.
• Project and Task Management:
  Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed within deadlines.
• Inventory Management:
  In-depth knowledge of inventory management techniques and best practices.
• Advanced Excel Skills:
  Proficiency in using Excel for analysis and reporting is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic Qualification:
  Intermediate or above.
• Professional Qualification:
  Proficiency in MS Office.
• Work Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, purchase requisitions, or a similar role.
