About the Role: As a Sr. Officer/Manager – Board Committees Coordination, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth functioning of our board committees. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely dissemination of information to committee members. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings of board committees, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare comprehensive agendas and meeting materials, ensuring all relevant information is included.
- Facilitate communication between committee members and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of committee proceedings, including minutes and action items.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to board committees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency of board committee operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and provide support as needed.
