Position: Specialist Sales Operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the same field.
Job Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Background knowledge of telecom rollout is preferred.
Overall Responsibilities:
As a Specialist Sales Operations at Engro Enfrashare, your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and analyzing sales operations data, identifying areas for improvement in cross-functional efficiencies.
- Addressing and resolving all performance issues in a timely manner.
- Assisting the key account manager with sales pipeline and opportunity inspection.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Tracking and aligning with PMO for the delivery of all sales orders.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing post-delivery challenges and routine queries.
- Supporting all sales initiatives such as customer events and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Assisting the line manager with reporting and analysis.
