1. Assistant Manager Production
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production processes with a focus on Tablet Compression, Coating, Granulation, and Encapsulation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize production efficiency.
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production activities with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Pharm-D from a reputable university.
- Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of production processes in the pharmaceutical sector.
2. NPD Executive
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the New Product Development (NPD) process, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and communication between departments.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage data and provide insights into the development process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Pharm-D from a reputable university.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on new product development.
- Skills: Excellent computer and communication skills are essential for this role.
