In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of various operational activities to ensure efficient and smooth business operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of day-to-day operational activities.
- Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Conduct analysis and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
- Support the training and development of team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACMA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
