Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited, a leading automobile manufacturer in Pakistan, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of various operational activities to ensure efficient and smooth business operations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and coordination of day-to-day operational activities.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
  • Conduct analysis and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
