Job Role
As a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance at Zellbury, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quality Control Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards across all stages of apparel production and finished product inspection.
- Root Cause Analysis: Analyze product defects and customer feedback to identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve product quality.
- Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and ethical practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
