Job Description: As a PPC Specialist at MG Apparel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and control of our production processes. You will be responsible for material supply management, timely deliveries, issue resolution, and production follow-ups to meet our production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, regulate, and monitor material supply (accessories, fabric, customer approvals) for production to ensure line feeding as per the target plan.
  • Ensure timely material delivery and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
  • Resolve routine issues and obtain necessary approvals to prevent capacity loss and time lapses.
  • Manage washing/finishing plans and analyze outcomes to meet quality standards.
  • Track the Time and Action (TNA) plan and follow up with production on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/BSc in Textile Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in the apparel industry or PPC department.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
